It's all a matter of scale, Friko. "Old" for us is anything a century or more old; in Europe that is still pretty recent stuff! We just spent the weekend in a nearly 150-year-old farmhouse that had been "modernized" about 30 years ago. So, we had indoor plumbing, but no air conditioning. And it was HOT! We had a ball! Jim
