Church revivals are a staple here in the bible belt, but this billboard announcement goes a bit further than the usual. And I bet there was fire aplenty coming from the pulpit during the services.
It's a good concept: reviving flagging interest in a cause after a long winter's nap...just another form of gardening, I think... planting seeds, cultivating, weeding...! I think we all might need a revival or two every spring, of one kind or another!
I'm more of a cool dip in a warm ocean kind of revival bloke. Taken with a refreshing beer and a decent book.
